Madrid streets of another time, harbours and boats, travel cities and small still lifes. Every piece is a hand-painted original in watercolour and ink on cotton paper.

The craft
From line to wash
Each piece starts with a careful drawing of the architecture and is resolved with water: wet-on-wet for skies and seas, glazes for light, reserved whites and spatter that let the paper breathe. Pen and ink refine the detail.
